United Business Centres offers comfortable, fully air-conditioned meeting rooms and conference rooms at all of our prestigious business locations.

Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day and prices include access to our corporate concierge service where delegates can book hotels, make travel arrangements, book restaurant reservations, or arrange taxis.

For larger conferences UBC at the Digital World Centre in Manchester can accommodate up to 100 guests in its state of the art auditorium and meeting rooms.

Accessing the meeting and conference facilities at UBC couldn't be easier, simply liaise with the corporate team at your chosen UBC location and we will set up everything for you.

All meeting rooms and conference rooms benefit from:

  • Unlimited use of flipcharts, pens and a selection of stationery
  • Conference pads and pens
  • Black and white photocopying available for handouts
  • Use of computer to access internet or your e-mails
  • Use of OHP or data projector
    (advanced booking required which may incur a charge) 
  • Latest video-conferencing facilities
  • Car parking for delegates
  • Assistance of our Centre Manager and team
  • Professional receptionist to welcome your guests
  • Use of Corporate Concierge service for hotel bookings, taxis, etc
  • Access to a selection of daily newspapers and journals
