Meeting Room Terms & Conditions

- United Business Centres (UBC) will endeavour to satisfy your requirements, however, they will not be liable for any claim, loss or damage sustained by the client as a result of UBC failing to provide meeting rooms or additional services, to include availability of audio, visual and overhead equipment beyond their reasonable control.
- UBC will under no circumstances be liable for any consequential loss, loss of profit or business suffered by the client.
- UBC will be indemnified against any claims, liability or loss arising from any breach of this agreement by the client or from negligence or omission by the client.
- The additional services available at the Business Centre will sometimes require the services of a third party supplier or service provider. UBC will under no circumstances accept liability for any consequential damage or loss caused by those instructed. Full details of services (including cost) are available from the concierge.
- In the event of any cancellation by a client UBC should be informed in writing but will reserve the right to apply charges and any other expenses incurred.
- Bookings for meeting rooms for more than 8 people and additional services that are made at least 30 days before the venue dates will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- For any cancellation received 2-4 weeks before the venue date the amount charged will be 75% of the total amount invoiced.
- For any cancellation received 2 weeks or less before the venue date the amount charged will be 100% of the total amount invoiced.
- For any cancellation received for smaller meeting rooms 48 hours and up to 7 days from the venue date, for 8 persons or less, the amount charged will be 50% of the total amount invoiced.
- For any cancellation received as described in clause 9, for 48 hours or less, the amount charged will be 100% of the total amount invoiced.
- Payment for all meeting rooms and additional services should be paid for immediately with a completed and signed booking/agreement form.
- Payment for all meeting rooms and additional services for existing clients who have an existing signed agreement will be invoiced accordingly under the agreed terms and conditions.
- UBC reserve the right to amend your room type subject to room type availability
- This agreement is governed by English Law.
