Do I have to take out a long term lease on an office?
No, at United Business Centres we offer flexible license agreements from one month to three years giving you the freedom to choose how long you stay without being tied into a long term deal.
How quickly can I move into my new office?
Moving into one of our business centres is as easy as checking into a hotel. All the offices are fully fitted with desks, chairs, cabinets, telecoms and internet access so all you have to do is plug in and start working. Once you agree to take office space at UBC, you will be allocated individual direct dial telephone extensions as well as space on the secure server, giving you fast and reliable broadband internet access. Everything will be in place by the time you arrive on your specified date enabling you to get up and running with a minimum of fuss.
I'm a new start up company will I be able to afford space at one of your business centre's?
