UBC appoints new head of Business Centre Operations
United Business Centres plc (UBC) has appointed Tim Jackson-Waite as head of Business Centre Operations within the UK. Tim will take on this newly created role to support the company’s rapid expansion across the UK.
Tim joins UBC from Oakhill, a property company specialising in Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Letting Agents, where he was previously Managing Director. With over twelve years experience in estate agency, Tim has a wealth of knowledge in the property market.
“Over the next six months my main focus will be concentrating on bringing on the right personnel, maximising revenue and consolidating processes as UBC grows. I intend to fully embrace my role and look forward to the challenge,” said Tim.
