US software company to take on Europe from UBC’s Manchester Business Centre
UBC’s Manchester-based business centre, located within Salford’s Digital World Centre, has been chosen by US software company Nxtbook Media as its new European headquarters. Nxtbook Media felt that UBC’s strong city location and flexible, hi-tech working spaces offered them the best platform to expand their European operations.
Nxtbook Media provides engaging dynamic digital editions to magazine publishers, catalogue publishers and corporate marketers, optimising traditional print material for use online.
Using UBC’s office facilities, Nxtbook Media will be able to cater for all types of business engagements, from interviews, board meetings and sales presentations to product launch and conference facilities – using the centre’s tiered 100-seater auditorium.
Darren Fowler, European Operations Director for Nxtbook Media said: "Manchester is a great location for us and, as the second biggest city in UK, it is a well known and established business hub.
