UBC partners with Gladman
Business centres are set to become a regular feature for Gladman Developments as United Business Centres plc (UBC) announces a partnership with the property firm to open a number of centres at sites across its portfolio.
The deal sees UBC, one of the UK’s fastest growing serviced office providers, create business centres in Gladman’s G10K buildings, each with a set floor space of 10,070 sq ft. Cheshire-based Gladman Developments, the UK’s largest developer of speculative office and industrial accommodation, invests more than £100 million per year building new offices and presently has more than 1,000,000 sq ft under construction.

UBC will initially set up in Hurricane Court, Gladman’s 95,000 sq ft speculative office scheme at Liverpool International Business Park, next to Liverpool John Lennon Airport in Speke, Europe’s fastest growing airport. Located just off the main A561 Speke Boulevard, Hurricane Court is 10 minutes from Junction 7 of the M62 and just six miles from Liverpool city centre. Fit out of the new centre is already underway and it is expected to open for business within a few weeks.
Organisations already based on Liverpool International Business Park include Littlewoods, DHL and the National Blood Centre, with nearby amenities such as David Lloyd Health & Fitness, the Marriott Hotel, a children’s nursery and the New Mersey Retail Park.
