UBC continues expansion with new Worcester centre
Continuing its rapid expansion in the Midlands and across the UK, United Business Centres plc (UBC) has concluded a ten-year deal with Maximus to take 7,828 sq ft of space at the Wildwood Triangle development in Worcester. The Worcester centre is the latest in a series of new business centres opened by UBC this year, maintaining the company’s aggressive schedule of openings on target for a total of 45 new centres in 2008.
With fit out expected to be completed soon, UBC aims to open its new business centre in the development within a few weeks. UBC Managing Director Philip Grace commented: “The new centre at Wildwood Triangle is the perfect addition to our business centre network in the Midlands. The cutting edge design and fantastic location of the development mean that we can offer our clients a modern, fully-equipped centre in a stunning new building.”
Wildwood Triangle is a new, out-of-town development on the edge of the green belt near Worcester. Its contemporary design, combining wooden facias and pristine white pillars to complement the attractive setting, make it unique within the Worcester area.
