Marketing and PR company signs up for UBC Telford
United Business Centres (UBC) plc has signed up its first client for one of the company’s newest serviced office centres based in Telford, Telford Plaza. Marketing and PR guru, Amanda Whitmore has recently moved into UBC’s prestigious offices.
Amanda has managed some of the UK’s top visitor attractions, working for leading organisations such as English Heritage, The National Trust and more recently for Weston Park and Ryton Organic Gardens. Whilst in these roles Amanda was responsible for Marketing and PR, but with only a very limited budget and it is this experience and creativity that businesses now find priceless.
Amanda said: “I decided on UBC for a number of reasons: their professional attitude; competitive price; quality of facility; and superb location. Initially it is an ideal situation for start up companies; the office infrastructure is in place and maintained and I am not tied into any long-term leasing contracts, which is quite a restriction on small companies. I also have the added advantage of networking with other businesses within the building!”

UBC Telford opened in August and has proven extremely popular with businesses of all sizes in the Telford area. The business centre was set up following a joint venture announced in July between UBC and British Telecom’s property division to create serviced office centres at a number of locations.”
