UBC expands management team

United Business Centres (plc), one of the UK's fastest growing serviced office providers, has announced a number of new appointments and expanded structure for its regional management team.  The firm has created a regional Area Manager role across three core regions for the business, the North West, the North East and the Midlands.

With over 20 years' experience in the serviced office sector, Jane Erasmus, will take on the role of Area Manager for the North West.  Jane takes up this new role following on from her successful development of UBC Manchester, the company’s flagship conferencing venue at Digital World in Salford Quays.  Former MWB business development manager Richard Johnson joins UBC to cover the North East, drawing upon significant experience in the serviced office sector and in the Northumberland area.  The Midlands is covered by long-standing UBC employee Jean Hill, who has significant experience as a successful UBC centre manager and has been instrumental in the Midlands expansion of the company.

UBC Managing Director Philip Grace commented: "Our expansion this year has been exponential.  We fully recognise the need to establish new structures and processes to support our rapidly changing organisation in order to maintain our core values and ensure that the UBC approach remains true as we metamorphose into an expanded enterprise.  We are delighted to be able to acknowledge the value that Jane and Jean have added to UBC over the years with this new appointment and are equally thrilled to have recruited Richard to the UBC ranks, whom we have not doubt will be a real asset in the North East."
