New UBC Cramlington opens doors to firms hit by floods

UBC Cramlington, one of the newest serviced office centres in the United Business Centres (plc) nationwide network, is set to provide temporary office services to businesses that have fallen victim to the recent floods in Morpeth.  UBC Cramlington opens for business next week and is creating a hot-desk facility for firms hit by the floods in an attempt to offer some business continuity for local enterprises.

UBC Area Manager Richard Johnson commented: "We have all seen the devastating effect floods can have on homes and businesses.  Our new centre in Cramlington was already preparing to open and our premises are ideally suited to provide temporary office space to businesses looking to maintain some degree of continuity, despite the flood damage."

UBC Cramlington's hot-desk centre will provide free internet access and use of the business centre facilities. ocal businesses that have suffered loss of premises due to the flooding will be given access to the centre entirely free of charge for one day.  For further information call 0800 169 9822.

UBC Cramlington, based in Northumberland Business Park, was announced recently as part of a joint venture with Cheshire-based Gladman Developments to create serviced office centres in a number of locations across the UK.
