Teradyne first to take space at new UBC Bracknell business centre

United Business Centres (UBC) plc announced today that US owned automatic test equipment firm Teradyne is the first company to take space at UBC Bracknell's serviced office centre, recently opened at Farley Hall, London Road.  The business centre was set up following a joint venture announced in July between UBC and British Telecom’s property division to create serviced office centres at a number of locations.

Teradyne, a leading supplier of automatic test equipment, delivers competitive advantage to the world's leading semiconductor, electronics and automotive companies.

Graham Banks, European Service Manager said: "The location and building were the driving factor in our decision.  Flexibility is key in our business and fixed, long-term leases would impose limitations on our business agility.  This is our first experience of UBC and we have been very impressed with the facilities and space.  The offices are modern and well-fitted with excellent conference and meeting facilities."

UBC Sales Channel Manager, Lheyton Warby, added: "We are delighted to welcome Teradyne into our UBC Bracknell serviced office centre as the first company to take space in our new premises.  A former Victorian residence with modern additions, Farley Hall is an attractive period building which retains many original features, offering UBC clients a more traditional feel compared to other business centres in the area.  It is situated close to the centre of Bracknell, between Woking and Reading, and the station is less than two miles away. I'm sure Teradyne will benefit significantly from our facilities and location."
