UBC/Gladman partnership creates new Warrington business centre

United Business Centres plc (UBC) has announced Webster Court in Warrington as the location for another new business centre to be set up following its recent partnership with Cheshire-based Gladman Developments. The firms have already announced plans for business centres in seven locations across the country. The first of these, at Hurricane Court near Liverpool John Lennon Airport, opened recently.
The joint venture between UBC, one of the UK’s fastest growing serviced office providers, and Gladman Developments sees UBC create business centres in Gladman’s G10K buildings, each with a set floor space of 10,070 sq ft. Fit out of UBC Warrington is scheduled to begin soon and it is expected to open for business within a few weeks.
Philip Grace, Managing Director of UBC said: UBC has an aggressive schedule of openings planned for 2008. Through our relationship with Gladman, we are on track to achieving our target of 45 centres across the UK this year. The new business centre in Warrington will further expand our North West presence, which now includes Liverpool, Manchester and Oldham.
David Gladman, Director of Gladman Developments, commented: The new UBC serviced office centre will provide smaller businesses in the Warrington area with an entry-level option to our office developments, creating a ‘seedbed’ for new tenants as they expand and consider conventional leases on the same scheme.
Webster Court is located off Westbrook Crescent in the heart of Gemini Business Park, three miles north of Warrington town centre and equidistant from Liverpool and Manchester. The site is approximately half a mile from junction 8 and two miles from Junction 9 of the M62 Motorway. Businesses already occupying Webster Court include Woodlane Developments, Amethyst Solutions, PPT Solutions, NG Bailey, Partners4Lift and Revere Solutions.
